If you can not supply your own lab test results, we do offer at affordable home testing and local lab options.

How can I test my hormone levels at home?

We offer test kits for hormone levels and basic metabolic markers that make make use of bloodspot samples. These samples can be easily taken at home, and are collected on a small card that can be mailed into the lab. We also offer a tele-health physical exam if needed. These tests can be all purchased here.

Is there an age requirement?

Our clients are typically over the age of 30 years. This is an age where progressive testosterone decline becomes noticeable for many people, and starts interfering with general wellness. However, there may be exceptions based on individual circumstances.

What testosterone level indicates a need for therapy?

There is no set level. Your hormone tests will be evaluated alongside other health markers and reported symptoms. Physicians on our platform are experienced in this field and focused on improving your health and vitality, not just treating lab report numbers.

How often do you require blood testing?

Once you are on a treatment plan, your provider will typically monitor your hormone levels and health markers every six months. There are some instances where more frequent testing could be needed, but that would not be standard for our plans.

Do you accept medical insurance?

No. MensHealthcare does not process claims for, or accept, medical insurance. Our platform was developed to connect users with cost-effective treatment options that are not covered by insurance. Our services streamline this access, and as such are often more affordable than found with traditional providers.

Can I cancel my prescription plan?

Yes. We offer a service we hope you find value in, and will want to stick with. Likewise, we don't believe in long-term contracts. You may cancel your plan at any time with 60 days notice. Just call or email us and let us know. We'll welcome you back any time.
